Evaluation of Cream Project at Kalaburagi Back
The evaluation of Child Rights Education and Action Movement (CREAM), a project implemented in the district under the auspices of BREADS, Bangalore, was inaugurated at Don Bosco PYaR, Kalaburagi on December 14, 2015. The evaluation conducted by ‘Dhruva Team’, the consultancy arm of ‘The Concerned for Working Children (CWC) organization consisted of two days’ field visits and an evaluation workshop with the implementing partners, Don Bosco, Bidar and Don Bosco, Kalaburagi on December 16, 2015.

The facilitators, Ganapathi M.M and Venkatesh Moodkeri, Assistant Directors, CWC, visited the various areas in the district where the project is being implemented and interacted with the project staff, beneficiaries and stakeholders. The responses and opinions were recorded for later analysis.

The combined evaluation workshop for CREAM Projects in Don Bosco, Bidar and Don Bosco PYaR, Kalaburagi began with participant’s introduction. The evaluation team used various tools to collect the response to assess and analyze the outreach and impact of the project in the two districts. The evaluation team opined that yeomen services are rendered to the needy children and the empowerment model that forms the crux of the project is laudable.
